Cancellation Policy

Because Travel Plans Can Change and That’s Okay

We understand that sometimes travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our property. Please review the following terms carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Reservation & Confirmation

  • A confirmed booking is established once the required advance payment or full payment has been received and acknowledged by Firdaus.
  • Guests will receive an official booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp with reservation details and payment acknowledgment.

2. Cancellation by Guests

We request that any cancellation or change in reservation be made as early as possible.

Standard Policy:

  • More than 14 days before check-in: 100% refund of the booking amount.
  • 7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund of the booking amount.
  • Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund will be issued.
  • No-show or early departure: The entire stay amount will be charged.

Note: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment, after deducting any applicable transaction fees.

3. Modification of Bookings

  • Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days prior to the original check-in date.
  • Only one modification is allowed per booking.
  • If new dates have a different rate, the guest will be required to pay the difference.

4. Cancellation by Firdaus CHD

In the rare event that Firdaus needs to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (such as maintenance issues, safety concerns, or natural calamities), guests will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • The option to reschedule the stay for alternate available dates.

We always aim to provide reasonable alternatives and ensure guest satisfaction.

5. Group Bookings & Long Stays

For group bookings (3 rooms or more) or stays longer than 7 days, customized cancellation and refund terms may apply. Please check your booking confirmation or contact us directly for details.

6. Force Majeure

Firdaus shall not be liable for any refund or compensation in cases where cancellations are caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.
