2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
• All guests must provide valid government-issued ID proof at the time of check-in (as per local regulations).

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to maintain the property with care and respect.
• Any damage to property, furniture, or facilities will be chargeable.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Hosting additional people without prior approval is not permitted.
• Loud music, parties, or gatherings must comply with local noise regulations and our house rules.

4. House Rules

• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas (if applicable).
• Pets are Allowed.
• Illegal activities, including the use of banned substances, are strictly prohibited.
• Guests should respect neighbors and maintain peaceful surroundings.

5. Facilities & Services

• Amenities such as parking, kitchen, lawn, and maid support are provided for guest use as mentioned in the listing.
• We strive to ensure uninterrupted services, but we are not liable for temporary disruptions (e.g., electricity, internet, or water supply).

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

7. Liability

• Firdaus Premium Homestay is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of guest belongings during the stay.
• Guests are advised to take care of their personal valuables.
• We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or medical emergencies that occur on the property.

9. Amendments
